How to Use a Pendulum: Dr. Yao's Step by Step Guide to Detecting Body Energy

Of all the tools Dr. George T. F. Yao used in his decades of energy research, the one he returned to most often was also the simplest: a pendulum. Not a computer. Not a spectrum analyzer. Not any piece of the sophisticated electronic equipment he had worked with at Hughes Aircraft and NASA. A pendulum. A small weight suspended from a chain or string, held between the thumb and index finger, allowed to swing freely over the body's energy centers.

The reason was not that Dr. Yao lacked access to advanced technology. It was that the pendulum, when used correctly, detects something that no standard electronic instrument can: the vortex polarity of the body's subtle energy system. The spin direction (clockwise or counterclockwise) of the Vortex Energy Polarity Centers® occurs in a higher dimensional space that standard three dimensional instruments cannot access. The pendulum, coupled to the operator's mind (which does exist in that higher dimensional space), can translate the hyperspatial spin information into a visible, three dimensional movement.

In his technical document "Pulsor® Technical Explanation© Neutrino Coherence," Dr. Yao provided the most detailed pendulum instructions he ever wrote. What follows is his method, preserved with the precision he intended.

Before You Begin: Preparation

Dr. Yao was meticulous about preparation, and for good reason. The pendulum detects subtle force fields, which means anything in the immediate environment that generates or distorts those fields will affect the reading. His preparation requirements are specific and nonnegotiable.

Remove all jewelry: rings, watches, necklaces, earrings. Remove eyeglasses, belt buckles, keys, and all metallic objects from your person and pockets. Metal objects act as antennas, collecting and re-radiating conflicting energies from the environment. They will distort your pendulum readings and may also be distorting your body's natural energy patterns right now without your knowledge.

Sit upright at a table, away from any electrical appliances and away from any fluorescent lighting. Cross your legs and place both feet flat on the ground. This posture helps stabilize the body's energy circuits for accurate reading.

The Clothing Factor: Dr. Yao made a discovery about clothing that surprises most people. Black, dark brown, and dark red clothing cause the pendulum to become insensitive or motionless during self testing. If you are wearing these colors, the pendulum may not respond at all. Additionally, synthetic materials cause loss of energy in the body's force fields. For accurate pendulum work, wear light colored, natural fiber clothing. This is not superstition. It is a practical observation that Dr. Yao documented through extensive testing.

Step One: Learning the Swing

Relax. Hold the end of the pendulum chain with your right thumb and index finger. Rest your elbow on the table so your hand is steady. Place the pendulum over a positive arrow on a practice diagram (a simple arrow pointing to the right, labeled "positive"). Swing the pendulum lightly and allow it to take its own flow or swing pattern.

Within a few seconds, the pendulum will begin to swing in the direction of the arrow, then gradually shift into a clockwise circular motion. This clockwise direction indicates positive polarity, which in the Pulsor® system means "yes," or "energy is flowing correctly here."

Now repeat the procedure over a negative arrow (pointing to the left, labeled "negative"). The pendulum will swing in the direction of the arrow and shift into a counterclockwise circular motion. This counterclockwise direction indicates negative polarity, meaning "no," or "energy is radiating or depleting at this point."

Practice this until you can reliably get the pendulum to respond to both arrows. This is the calibration step. You are establishing the agreement between your mind (which perceives the higher dimensional vortex spin) and the pendulum (which translates that perception into a three dimensional movement). Do not skip this step. Without calibration, your readings will be inconsistent.

Step Two: Reading the Left Hand

Hold the pendulum in your right hand (thumb and index finger, elbow on table). Place the pendulum over your left palm. The normal, healthy energy flow pattern should read clockwise (positive). The left palm is a receiving point of energy, a gain point. Clockwise rotation confirms that energy is flowing into the left palm as it should.

Now turn your left hand over and hold the pendulum over the back of the hand. The normal energy flow pattern should now be counterclockwise (negative). The back of the left hand is a radiating point, an output point. Counterclockwise rotation confirms that energy is flowing outward from the back of the hand as it should.

Step Three: Reading the Right Hand

Switch the pendulum to your left hand (thumb and index finger, elbow on table). Hold it over your right palm. The normal energy flow pattern should be counterclockwise (negative). The right palm radiates energy, the opposite of the left palm.

Hold the pendulum over the back of your right hand. The normal energy flow pattern should be clockwise (positive). The back of the right hand receives energy, the opposite of the back of the left hand.

As Dr. Yao noted, the polarity of the hands is the same for both male and female, and it remains the same whether you are left handed or right handed. Left palm: positive (clockwise). Back of left hand: negative (counterclockwise). Right palm: negative (counterclockwise). Back of right hand: positive (clockwise).

What the Directions Mean

Positive (clockwise) movement indicates a receiving point of energy, a gain. Energy is flowing into this area, strengthening it. Negative (counterclockwise) movement indicates a radiating point of energy, a depletion. Energy is flowing outward from this area. Both directions are normal and necessary in their proper locations. The body has points that should be positive and points that should be negative. Health depends not on all points being positive but on each point maintaining its correct polarity.

If the pendulum does not move at all, or moves in the wrong direction at any point, it indicates that the body's energy flow at that location has been disrupted. This is where Pulsor® correction techniques come in, which are covered in detail in the companion article on polarity correction.

If the Pendulum Does Not Respond

If your pendulum does not move or moves erratically, Dr. Yao recommended the following reset procedure. Remove all jewelry and metallic objects. Remove or change any dark clothing (black, dark brown, dark red). Place a Pulsor® on top of your head or in your shirt pocket. Then place both hands together in prayer fashion, except only the fingertips and thumbs touch, with the palms apart. Hold this position for two to three minutes. The pendulum should begin to pick up energy and swing shortly after.

This fingertip contact position reconnects the body's left and right energy circuits through the most sensitive contact points (the fingertips), allowing the circuits to rebalance. The Pulsor® on the head or in the shirt pocket provides the positive vortex energy reference that the body's system uses to recalibrate. Once the energy is flowing again, you can proceed with testing.

Pendulum work is a skill. Like any skill, it improves with practice. The first few sessions may feel uncertain. The responses may seem weak or ambiguous. This is normal. With regular practice, the connection between your mind's perception of the vortex spin and the pendulum's physical response becomes stronger, clearer, and more reliable. Dr. Yao used this tool for decades because it works. Give it the same patience and respect he did.
